Government Grants

We can help to secure funding for our landlords for up to £2000.00 as part of the accredited landlord scheme.
This is a one of payment to assist with funding for windows, doors, insulation, heating upgrades etc.
It is a requirement for this funding for 50% funding via the grant and 50% from the property owner.

Stoke on Trent currently has over 7474 empty properties which have been empty for six months or more. We are able to make contact on your behalf to try and secure funding of up to £10000.00 as a joint investment from yourself.

The reason that we can gain access to this funding is that empty homes attract vandalism or other crime and also reduces the value of neighbouring properties, with this in mind and also the simple fact that there is a shortage of affordable housing it assists the rental market. We have assisted with many of our landlords properties and obtained the available funding. The grant if awarded is a joint venture between the grant scheme and the landlord, it will fund 50% of the overall cost up to a maximum amount of £10000.00 eg £10000.00 would require a joint investment from the landlord of £10000.00. this amount of funding allows for a major refurbishment from the roof, rewire, damp proof course, re-plastering, windows and doors, joinery throughout, central heating, decoration, new kitchen and bathroom, carpets altogether a completely refurbished show home for only 50% investment, the main clause is that the property has to be made available to rent for the next three years.
